Since 1980, Jim has primarily worked closely with area companies on providing a quality retirement program for their employees. Jim’s extensive experience in Retirement Plan Administration and Investment Management provides employers assurance of receiving sound advice on the best course of action in providing retirement benefits to employees.
Jim has also earned the AIF® designation. Accredited Investment Fiduciary, (AIF), designees have successfully completed a specialized program on investment fiduciary standards of care at the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He has a thorough knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and can be an invaluable resource to investment fiduciaries and individual investors alike. Jim has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas- Arlington.

Jordan Jones
Jordan Jones joined Palmer Retirement Consultants in 2018. Jordan joins us following a career teaching yoga at a variety of studios across the metroplex. She also has experience in accounting with a Master of Accounting from Trinity University followed by work at a Big 4 Accounting Firm.
Jordan enjoys partnering with people to solve their unique wealth management needs and brings and enthusiastic teacher’s heart to client education. Jordan and her husband Trent live in Fort Worth with their two dogs, Zissou and Tonks. She enjoys good coffee, board games, and camping.
Carrie Palmer
Carrie has been involved in marketing and sales for over 20 years. At PRC, she is responsible for all aspects of marketing our retirement plan services from printed material to social media. Prior to joining PRC, she worked with American Airlines and Optigraphics. Carrie graduated from East Texas State University with an BS in Printing.
Marilyn Zehntner
Marilyn Zehntner is the Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer for Rhodes Securities, Inc. Marilyn runs the office and manages First Clearing. She supervises the support staff and ensures that all the rules and compliance of FINRA and FCC are followed. Marilyn is a registered principal with the following FINRA license registrations 7, 24, 4, 99, 63, 79
Jim G. Rhodes
Jim G. Rhodes is a native Texan, born in Wichita Falls. He graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a B.B.A. Jim has been in the securities business since 1972, having trained with E.F. Hutton and served as Assistant Manager with Hornblower and Weeks. He went independent in 1979, becoming founder and chairman of Texas Securities from 1981-1986, and founding Rhodes Securities, Inc. in 1987. He has been involved in all aspects of the securities business, from small firm to wire house, full service to discount, and self clearing to fully disclosed. A member of the boards of directors for University Christian Church and Goodwill Industries, Inc., Jim is married with two children.
